This week, we’re celebrating a meaningful moment for students in the Goshen High School Nursing Pathway program. Through a clinical work-based learning experience at Greencroft Goshen, 20 students wrapped up several weeks of hands-on training—and received job offers from the facility on the spot.

These students, led by instructor Becky Hulse, have spent time learning directly from staff, engaging with residents, and developing both their technical and interpersonal skills. Even before completing their CNA certification, they demonstrated a level of professionalism and care that made a lasting impression.

We’re grateful to Greencroft for recognizing the potential in these students and for their willingness to support flexible, student-friendly employment options. Stories like this underscore the value of early healthcare training and the power of school-community partnerships.

Special thanks to Becky for her dedication to student growth and to Goshen High School for their continued collaboration. We’re proud to support opportunities like this—ones that help students take meaningful steps toward future careers in healthcare.
