South Bend Cohort 4 Wraps Up Clinicals and Prepares for CNA Exam

We’re excited to recognize Cohort 4 of South Bend Community School students as they finish their clinical hours at Wellbrooke of South Bend Assisted Living Facility. These students are part of the Pre-Nursing Pathway at Washington High School’s Medical Magnet and the South Bend CTE program, and they’re now preparing to take the Indiana State CNA exam this May.

This photo captures an important milestone for the group as they transition from hands-on training to exam preparation. Morgan Yeater, RN, has served as the lead instructor for the program and has done an outstanding job guiding students through their classroom and clinical experiences. Her dedication and expertise have helped students build both confidence and competence in their journey toward certification.

Throughout the year, nearly 80 students from South Bend Community Schools have participated in Legacy Medical Academy’s CNA training program—gaining valuable experience and laying the groundwork for meaningful careers in healthcare.

We’re proud of the work these students have put in and grateful for our continued partnership with South Bend Community Schools and Wellbrooke of South Bend to support student growth and opportunity.
